Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Chicken Road Adventure mobile application (the "App") operated by AMBER HAWKES MARKETING CONSULTING LTD ("we," "us," or "our").

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers

User Accounts

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without notice.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You acknowledge that:

• In-app purchases can only be used within the App and have no monetary or real-world value

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
